The main assessment for this module allows you to choose one out of the two questions provided and answer the selected question within 5000 words in essay form. In preparation for this assessment, you will be given a voluntary assessment.
International Corporate Law

International Corporate Law

This module provides both a voluntary and a compulsory assignment. The voluntary assignment allows you to write a short 1000 word essay and receive individual feedback from the tutor. This prepares you to address the main compulsory assignment.
Intellectual Property Rights Law

Intellectual Property Rights Law

Part of the assignment for this module requires you to read three scenarios and provide advice based on copyright, patents, designs, trade marks and passing off. The second assessment requires students to work on a critical study essay.
International Corporate Crime

International Corporate Crime

As a part of the first assignment for this module, you are given a time constrained essay with a weighting. In the second assignment, you are required to research and analyse the illegal activities carried out by multinational corporations.
Research Methods

Research Methods

As a LLM student, you are required to complete a research proposal not exceeding 2,500 words. The second and final assignment is to draft a dissertation proposal of no more than 2500 words, on a topic to be agreed between you and your supervisor.
