The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management qualification comprises 6 compulsory units, making a combination of total 120 credits, 1200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 600 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.

Assessment and verification

OTHM verifies and assesses all units within this qualification externally whereas centers are liable to check all units internally. The qualifications are criterion referenced, based on the accomplishment of all the specified learning outcomes.

To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must give proof by demonstrating that they have accomplished all the learning outcomes and fulfilled the standards assigned by all assessment criteria. Judgment will be made by the assessor whether the learners have met all assessment criteria successfully or not.

The Assessor should present himself for an audit trail showing how the judgment is made on the learners’ overall achievement.

Progression 

The successful completion of the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management qualification equips the learners with the opportunities to progress into or within employment and/or continue their further study.
