Learners from the age of 16 are considered eligible for OTHM Level 3 qualification. Entry requirements

OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management qualification requires learners that they must possess:

  • An honours degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification
  • Mature learners having management experience (learners must check with the delivery center regarding this experience prior to registering for the program)
  • Learner aged 21 years or older are eligible to enter into this course
  • English requirements: English requirements: if a learner is from non-native English country must provide evidence of English language competency at a level equivalent to IELTS 5.5 to be able to study OTHM qualifications.

Assessment and verification

OTHM verifies and assesses all units within this qualification externally whereas centers are liable to check all units internally. The qualifications are criterion referenced, based on the accomplishment of all the specified learning outcomes.

To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must give proof by demonstrating that they have accomplished all the learning outcomes and fulfilled the standards assigned by all assessment criteria. Judgment will be made by the assessor whether the learners have met all assessment criteria successfully or not.

The Assessor should present himself for an audit trail showing how the judgment is made on the learners’ overall achievement.

Progression 

The successful completion of the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management qualification equips the learners with the opportunities to progress into or within employment and/or continue their further study.
