The diploma of Professional in Human Resources International (PHRi™), tutored at Britain International Academy, is a professional certification of American accreditation being offered by Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI®). The Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI®) is globally-recognized, skills oriented certifications that validates your human resource knowledge and competencies in professional endeavors. The Professional in Human Resources (PHR) focus on US employment laws whereas (PHRi™) doesn’t lay emphasis on US employment laws.

- Minimum of 1 year of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Master’s degree or global equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent.

- Minimum of 4 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a less than a bachelor’s degree.
