Action Required: Ensure Your LMS Access Immediately
As we kick off the term, please remember that having active access to the Learning Management System (LMS) is mandatory for all students, whether you are attending classes online or offline (on-campus).
Your LMS account is your central hub for everything related to your courses. Without it, you will face the following disruptions:
- Missed Classes: You will not receive vital class links, scheduling updates, or room assignments.
- Locked Course Material: All lecture notes, readings, and presentations are housed exclusively on the LMS.
- Grading Risks: You will be unable to submit assignments, take quizzes, or track your academic progress.
What you need to do: Log in to your LMS portal today. If you experience any technical issues or cannot access your dashboard, contact the IT Helpdesk immediately at [Insert Contact Info].
Do not delay—Ensure your access now so you don't fall behind.
Best regards,
[Administration/Management]
Connect and Collaborate: The New Community Wall is Here!
Hello everyone,
We are thrilled to announce the launch of a brand new feature designed to bring our community closer together: the Community Wall!
The Community Wall is your new interactive space right here in the portal. It's a place for students and staff to connect, share ideas, celebrate achievements, and build a more vibrant digital campus.
Here’s what you can do on the new Community Wall:
-
Share Your Thoughts: Write posts using a rich text editor. You can bold text, create lists, and format your message just the way you like.
-
Post Photos and Videos: Have a great picture from a recent event or a short video of a project you're proud of? Share it directly in the feed for everyone to see.
-
Engage with Posts: Interact with content from others by leaving Likes and Comments. Start a conversation, ask questions, or just show your support!
-
Stay Updated: See what’s happening across the institution in a dynamic, social, and engaging way.
A Note on Moderation: To ensure the wall remains a positive and productive space for everyone, all employees, including teachers and administrative staff, have the ability to moderate content. This means they can help keep the conversation on track by editing or removing any posts that don't align with our community guidelines.
We encourage you all to explore this new feature. Post an introduction, share a useful resource, or celebrate a recent success!
We can't wait to see the connections you'll build.
Best regards,
The Portal Administration Team
