Upon successful completion, your transcript and pathway module will be fully recognized and directly transferred into the second year of the corresponding degree program.

L4DC

In the Level 4 Diploma in Computing, students will complete a full program of study within one academic year, covering both foundational and specialist areas essential to the field. The curriculum is structured around five core units, which provide a solid grounding in technical theory and practical application. Alongside these, students must also complete three mandatory specialist units: Object-Oriented System Analysis and Design, Software Engineering, and Designing and Developing Object-Oriented Computer Programs. This comprehensive combination equips learners with the analytical, design, and programming skills needed for progression into higher education or entry-level roles in the computing industry.

Learners are required to successfully complete all 5 core units along with 3 designated specialist units.

Applicants must meet one of the following academic qualifications:

  • Hold the NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES)
  • Possess a local or international qualification considered equivalent to either the NCC Level 3 Diploma in Computing (L3DC) or L3IFDHES, subject to prior approval by NCC Education
  • Have completed one A-Level or an equivalent qualification, or hold a School Leaver’s Certificate deemed comparable and approved by NCC Education

English Language Proficiency (for non-native speakers):

  • IELTS score of 5.5, ESOL Level B2, or an equivalent qualification

Level 4 Diploma in Computing – L4DC, is a diploma program delivered by Britain International Academy, Salmiya, Kuwait and awarded by NCC Education UK.

Upon Successful completion of Level 4 Diploma in Computing at Britain International Academy, NCC Education UK will award them Level 4 Diploma Certificates.

Students who successfully complete the NCC Level 3 Diploma in Business (L3DB) at Britain International Academy are eligible to progress directly to the;

  • NCC Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB), which is equivalent to the first year of a UK bachelor’s degree.
  • Alternatively, graduates can explore a wide range of international university progression routes, with opportunities to study in the UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

This qualification opens multiple pathways for learners, including:

  • Direct entry into the NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Computing, equivalent to the second year of a UK Bachelor’s degree
